National Day Commemoration @ Masjid Assyakirin

Alhamdulillah! Our first ever National Day Celebrations took place on Saturday, 5th of August this year. The young and young at heart donned the national colours of red and white.

Our celebrations comprised of a mini carnival with old-school games and snacks that brought back fond memories! 🤩

Thereafter we had a gathering to celebrate our Nation’s growth. We had a cake-cutting ceremony followed by the solemn Observance Ceremony where we sang the National Anthem and took the Pledge as one ♥️

During significant moments like this, we are indeed reminded to remain bonded as one Singapore, and to remain grateful for all that we have been blessed with.
