National Day Celebrations @ Masjid Kassim

The National Day celebration was a joyful occasion that united our madrasah in celebrating Singapore’s past. The kids had a blast with yummy bandung and kacang puteh, along with a special cake shaped like our flag that everyone couldn’t get enough of.
The little ones from preschool got to have fun coloring pictures of famous Singapore landmarks like the Merlion and the Singapore Flyer. The older kids had their hands busy making paper rockets and crafting 3D stars that looked amazing.
A really cool thing at the event was a picture-taking booth set up by our ustazahs. Kids had a great time posing for fun photos there.
Overall, the National Day celebration was a success. It brought us all closer as a community, celebrating our heritage and culture. It was a day filled with a strong sense of togetherness that truly represented the Singapore spirit.
